Shipping Information

Your shipments from alahd will be delivered by Aramex. If you are outside the urban area, we will ask you to pick up your shipment from the nearest Aramex branch.

Shipping Costs

Aramex will deliver shipments weighing between 0-20 kg for 22 QAR. For shipments over 20 kg, an additional charge of 1 QAR per kg will be applied.

Shipment Tracking

Once we ship your order, you will automatically receive an email containing your order number, or you can visit the customer page to track the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Address

Shipments are sent to the address entered in the order form. Please ensure the address is accurate and complete before completing the order. alahd and the carrier are not responsible for shipments that do not reach their owners due to incorrect shipping addresses.

International Buyers

Currently, alahd products cannot be purchased from outside Qatar via our website alahdstore.com.
